Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido has announced the title and release date of his sixth studio album.
The award-winning singer revealed via his X account that the new project, titled ORIADE, will be released on July 31, 2026.
Davido accompanied the announcement with a cinematic promotional video featuring royal-themed visuals inspired by the album’s title.
Announcing the project, he wrote: “ORIADE. 31st July. The kingdom expands. Chosen long before the throne. Pre-order my new album now.”
The announcement comes shortly after Davido released his 2026 single, I Know Who I Be, his first release of the year.
The track features a cross-border collaboration with South African artistes Jazzworld and GL_Ceejay, further highlighting Davido’s continued push for African music collaborations.
