Pop superstar Taylor Swift and NFL star Travis Kelce have reportedly married in a star-studded ceremony in New York, with family, friends and several high-profile celebrities in attendance.
The wedding was said to have taken place on Friday during the United States’ 250th Independence Day weekend at Madison Square Garden, following weeks of speculation about the couple’s plans.
According to the report, Swift’s longtime publicist, Tree Paine, said the couple chose a unique ceremony without traditional bridesmaids or groomsmen.
“Taylor and Travis did not have bridesmaids or groomsmen. Instead, her brother Austin Swift served as Taylor’s Man of Honor and Jason Kelce was Travis’s Best Man,” Paine was quoted as saying.
She added that the ceremony brought both families together and was officiated by actor and longtime friend Adam Sandler.
The report also stated that Swift wore a Christian Dior Haute Couture wedding gown complemented by custom Christian Louboutin shoes and Cartier jewellery, while Kelce was dressed in a Dior-designed outfit.
Fans gathered outside Madison Square Garden in the hope of catching a glimpse of the newlyweds and their celebrity guests, as heavy security surrounded the venue.
Among those reportedly in attendance were Gigi Hadid, Hugh Grant, Bradley Cooper, Dakota Johnson, Benson Boone and Camila Cabello.
The celebration was also said to have featured performances by music stars, while reports claimed the couple marked the occasion with a $26 million donation to charities across the United States, including organisations in New York and Kansas City.
Swift and Kelce announced their engagement in August 2025 after nearly two years of dating, and their relationship has remained one of the world’s most talked-about celebrity romances.
