Social media critic Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has advised TikTok stars Peller and Jarvis to postpone their planned wedding, saying they are still too young to take on the responsibilities of marriage.
The advice comes after the couple announced that their wedding is scheduled to hold on August 1, 2026.
Reacting in a video shared on his social media page, VDM urged the pair to carefully reconsider their decision, stressing that marriage is a lifelong commitment and should not be treated like social media content.
He questioned whether the couple were fully prepared for married life and encouraged them to take more time before making such a major decision.
“Jarvis and Peller, I hope you actually know what you guys are doing because marriage is not a joke or content creation. You really need to think about this,” he said.
Addressing Peller directly, VDM also advised the young TikTok star to focus on furthering his education before getting married.
“Peller, you are still a very young boy. I believe you should further your education before thinking about marriage,” he added.
VDM’s remarks have since generated mixed reactions on social media, with many users divided over whether the young couple should proceed with their August 1 wedding as planned.
