Beauty entrepreneur and reality TV star, Diadem Adeola, has accused her former friend and colleague, Dabota Lawson, of allegedly using bloggers to damage her reputation following a fallout between them.
Diadem made the allegations in a series of posts on her Instagram page, claiming that Lawson shared information about her with bloggers and caused private matters surrounding their disagreement to become public.
The reality TV star said the situation became more distressing after pictures of her daughter were published on a blog during the dispute.
“I felt like a failed parent when I saw my daughter’s face on that dirty blog,” Diadem wrote.
She further alleged that using bloggers to attack people had become a pattern whenever Lawson fell out with someone.
“Every time you fall out with someone, it seems like your first instinct is to use bloggers to tear them down,” Diadem alleged.
Diadem said she had spent years building her brand and business and would not allow the controversy to undermine what she had worked hard to achieve.
Although she acknowledged that she and Lawson had clashed, Diadem said she wanted the matter to end and asked her former friend to stop mentioning her.
“Get my name off your mouth Dabota Lawson and leave me alone,” she wrote.
The allegations have brought renewed attention to the fallout between the two beauty entrepreneurs, although Lawson’s response to Diadem’s claims was not included in the posts.
