Malam Nasir El-Rufai, former Governor of Kaduna State, arrived at the Kaduna State High Court as his case with the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) continued.
The court had adjourned the hearing of the bail application filed by him to April 14.
The former governor is facing a 10-count charge bordering on alleged financial misappropriation and money laundering.
He was first detained by the Department of State Services before he was handed over to the ICPC.
El-Rufai was recently released to attend the burial of his mother, who passed away in March.
