Edo Queens midfielder Deborah Odiagbe says the team is fully prepared to deliver in their upcoming clash against Ekiti Queens, after securing a hard-fought victory over Heartland Queens in their last outing in Benin City.
Odiagbe admitted the team’s struggles in their last match but assured they want to improve on their performance against Ekiti Queens.
Edo Queens will square up with Ekiti Queens at the Oluyemi Kayode stadium in Ado Ekiti on Wednesday.
“We are ready to deliver in this grudge match with no excuses,” Odiagbe said in a pre-match interview. “We didn’t do enough at home against Heartland Queens, so we are in Ekiti determined to get a result.”
