Aare (Hon.) Tolu Bankole, member of the National Working Committee of the All Progressives Congress (APC), applauds the party’s recently concluded National Convention as a model of excellence in organization, coordination, and management.
Bankole, in a press statement, described the convention as a benchmark for political party administration in Nigeria, noting that it demonstrated APC’s unity, discipline, and strong organizational capacity.
However, he expressed appreciation to party leaders and delegates for the renewed confidence in his leadership, pledging to deepen inclusion and expand participation for Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) within the party.

The APC PWDs leader reserved special praise for Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, describing his handling of the convention venue as “outstanding and mercurial.” He noted that the seamless coordination, structural excellence, and operational efficiency on display reflected exceptional planning and execution.
Moreover, conforming with President Tinubu’s commendation of the governor, Bankole said Abiodun’s role in funding and delivering the venue setup underscored his reputation as a world-class planner and organiser.
In addition, he further praised APC governors, members of the convention planning committees, national delegates, and party faithful for their contributions to the success of the event. He also recognised the efforts of engineers, organisers, ushers, and media personnel for ensuring a smooth and professional exercise.
Bankole urged newly elected party officials to build on the gains of the convention and strengthen internal cohesion within the APC.
He called on party members across the country to remain committed and mobilise effectively ahead of forthcoming elections, stressing the importance of rancour-free primaries guided by unity, transparency, and fairness.
In conclusion, reaffirming his commitment to advancing the interests of Persons With Disabilities, he emphasized the need to ensure their voices remain central to national development.
