Bendel Insurance Football Club have strengthened their squad with the signings of midfielder Fatai Abdullahi Oluwadayo from Abia Warriors and left-back Nwokeji Chukwuemeka Godstime from Enyimba FC as preparations gather pace for the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
The Benin Arsenals announced the acquisition of Oluwadayo on a one-year contract, describing the experienced midfielder as a commanding presence whose composure and quality will add balance and strength to the team’s midfield.
The club expressed confidence that the former Abia Warriors player will make a valuable contribution as Bendel Insurance pursue a successful campaign in the new NPFL season.
Bendel Insurance also confirmed the signing of left-back Godstime from Enyimba FC on a two-year deal as part of efforts to reinforce the club’s defensive line.
The Benin-based club described the defender as an intelligent and dependable addition capable of strengthening the team’s backline ahead of the new campaign.
