Semi Ajayi is overjoyed to return to action for Hull City after his latest injury setback.
He sustained a hamstring injury at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations which sidelined him for around two months.
Ajayi missed around three months of action earlier in the campaign due to the same problem.
Therefore, the 32 year-old has played in three games for Hull City this month since recovering from the injury.
Also,the recent was last Saturday’s win against his former club West Bromwich Albion.
The Nigeria international claimed he is getting back to his best, and is prepared to help Hull City push for Sky Bet Championship playoff ticket.
“I am feeling really good. It was my second 90 minutes, so I am getting back into the full swing of things and looking forward to pushing for the rest of the season,” Ajayi told the club’s official website.
Moreover, the centre-back joined the Tigers on a free transfer last summer.
