Former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has named three managers he believes could replace Ruben Amorim at the club.
U-18 coach, Darren Fletcher, is expected to take charge of the team for the Brighton game on Wednesday.
But Ferdinand has handed the Red Devils several suggestions for a permanent boss, bringing up names like Roberto De Zerbi, Thomas Tuchel and Xavi Hernandez.
He wrote on X: “I would go…. De Zerbi/Tuchel/Xavi or Darren Fletcher if does well?”

Xavi has been without a coaching role since leaving Barcelona nearly two years ago.
