Keystone Bank has opened access to the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE public offer, following its appointment as one of the accredited financial institutions serving as a Receiving Agent for the landmark transaction.
The appointment gives qualifying investors, including individuals, entrepreneurs, professionals, businesses and institutional investors, an opportunity to subscribe for shares in the Dangote Refinery and become part-owners of one of Africa’s most significant industrial investments.
Under the terms of the offer, 4.1 billion ordinary shares are being offered at N525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares valued at N5,250. Investors may apply for additional shares in accordance with the conditions contained in the offer documents.
